- Steve Duggan (Principal)
Steve Duggan worked for Mountain Standard Sales in Denver for 19 years before starting Shamrock Sales in January, 1997. As Shamrock Sales' founder and president, he supervises our efforts to acquire and service wholesale accounts, specify product through engineers, quote commercial jobs, follow up with successful contractors to secure orders and assist with technical questions on all of our lines.
- Neil Duggan (Principal)
Neil Duggan joined Shamrock Sales in November 1997 after practicing law in Denver for 10 years prior. Neil supervises the day to day operations, including order entry and processing, human resources, accounting, ordering, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- John Seawright (Sales Manager)
John joined Shamrock Sales in September of 2013. John most recently worked as a Regional Sales Manager and National Account Manager for Wilo-USA. Prior to that he worked for 10 years in various capacities with a heating and plumbing distributor in Colorado Springs. John will be coordinating the sales efforts with the team in the field to better serve our customers.
- Steve Kroh (Outside & Inside Sales)
Steve Kroh has been with Shamrock Sales since its inception in 1997. He reviews plans and quotes commercial projects for all products, provides inside sales support to all customers, and calls on customers in Metro Denver.
- Greg Gibbs (Training Instructor and Sales)
Greg Gibbs joined us in May of 1999 with 17 years of sales experience at Mountain Standard Sales. He has extensive knowledge in heating and radiant system design. Greg has developed an extensive library of training presentations which he presents to customers at all levels. He provides product training and sales support for our entire customer base.
- Bruce Faul (Outside Sales)
Bruce Faul joined us in March 2006. Bruce owned and operated Boulder Plumbing and Heating for over 20 years, and has extensive experience with boilers, tekmar controls, and other heating equipment. He focuses on outside sales with engineers, contractors and wholesalers and also calls on customers in the state of Montana.
- Jim Schreiber (Outside Sales - Engineers and Contractors)
Jim Schreiber joined Shamrock Sales in September of 2007. Jim operated his own mechanical engineering firm for 10 years and then spent 5 years managing the Colorado mountain operations of Tolin Mechanical. Jim calls on mechanical engineers and mechanical contractors in our entire territory.
- Brett MacInness (Outside Sales)
Brett MacInness joined Shamrock Sales in February 2009. Brett has 30 years experience in our industry at the wholesale and manufacturers' representative levels. He has a very strong technical background and calls on customers in northern Colorado, Wyoming and up the I-70 corridor west of Denver.
- David Mickey (Outside Sales)
Dave joined us in 2014 with a broad base of experience. After graduating from the Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering Technology he worked as a project manager for a general contractor in the Boston area, ran his own residential remodeling company in Summit County and then served as a Project Manager for Energy Outreach Colorado where he oversaw implementation of energy efficiency upgrades on low-income multifamily complexes. Dave is working with design/build mechanical contractors, school districts, housing authorities and engineers.
- Brandon Pease (Outside Sales)
Brandon joined us in August of 2016. He lives in Grand Junction and covers the western slope of Colorado, including Grand Junction, Montrose, Telluride, Gunnison, Crested Butte, Durango, Glenwood Springs, Eagle, Aspen and Steamboat Springs. Brandon spent 19 years in outside sales for a well-known and respected distributor, in western Colorado. In the course of his time there he developed strong relationships with the contractors in the area and knows the market very well.
- Jamie Henderson (Outside Commercial Sales)
Jamie joined us in October 2016. He comes to us from the Lone Star state, where he worked for another Manufacturer's Rep. in outside sales, for the last 10 years. Jamie has a degree in mechanical engineering.
- Bob Scialfa (Inside Sales)
Bob joined us in January 2016 after spending the previous eight years as the head of the hydronics department at HVAC Supply. In that role Bob was involved in all aspects of inside sales, troubleshooting and system design. He is likewise involved with inside sales and technical support for us.
- Bill Garnett (Inside Sales)
Bill Garnett joined Shamrock Sales in June 2006 after spending 10 years in a variety of capacities for Mountain Standard Sales. Bill's focus is on inside sales support and job quotations.
- Mark Duggan (Outside Sales)
Mark grew up and attended school in Fort Collins. Before coming to Shamrock Sales in September of 2014, Mark co-owned a restoration contracting business in Fort Collins and also worked as a plumbing specialist with Lowes. He covers Northern Colorado in sales and support.
- Annie Reiquam (Accounting)
Annie Reiquam has been with Shamrock Sales for 14 plus years. She handles the day-to-day accounting for us.
- Therese Buchholz-Burney (Administrative Assistant & Coordinator)
Therese Buchholz-Burney joined us in September of 2005. She is a licensed plumber, and worked for Precision Plumbing in Boulder for 6 years as a service technician and then as operations manager. Therese handles all product returns, schedules, organizes classes, orders and maintains our literature, and helps on other miscellaneous projects.
- Lori MacDonald (Administrative Assistant)
Lori joined Shamrock Sales in September of 2008. She previously worked for ACS, in their accounting dept. and prior to that worked for WHS. Lori assists Neil with everyday operations and provides computer support to the staff.
- Jo McCormick (Customer Service)
Jo McCormick came to Shamrock Sales in 2005 after spending 8 years in inside sales and administration for Beautyware Supply and WHS. Jo is the front line for all our activities related to order processing, and provides varied support for all of our sales activities.
- Barbi Eggar (Customer Service)
Barbi Eggar joined us in September of 2006. She teams with Jo on all of our customer service operations, coordinates administration of consignment inventory activities, and performs other general office work.
- Leslie Shackley (Customer Service)
Leslie joined Shamrock Sales in August 2017. Her past experiences were administrative support, as well as owning a children's clothing consignment store. Leslie is assisting with all facets of our customer service effort, including managing phone traffic and keeping track of orders, for all our vendors.
- Beth Ruybal (Customer Service Part Time)
Beth joined Shamrock Sales in September of 2015, after moving to Denver from her beloved Durango. She attended Fort Lewis College and then worked in the retail world for several years. That includes a five-year stint at Dancing Willow Herbs in downtown Durango, where she managed the store and was responsible for all aspects of the operation. Beth will be assisting customer service part time, with answering and directing phone calls.
- Travis Duggan (Warehouse Coordinator)
Travis joined us in August of 2016 and manages our warehouse. For the prior 2 years he worked in the warehouse of another Denver firm. He spent 3 of his college year summers working with us and is very familiar with our customers and our operation.
